Heath Ledger deserves an oscar

Before I went to see the dark knight, I couldn't really see what all the fuss was about. It seemed like it was going to be your typical Hollywood superhero film and it was to a certain extent except, Christian bale seems to have grown into the character of the batman more, he seems to be a much more fully formed character now. But Heath Ledger aka the joker completely stole the show for me and I'm sure the majority of viewers would agree with me.
Heath Ledger does what is almost impossible to do with a character, which is to fear him and find him funny at the same time. He truly finds the essence of the joker's character. The joker has a plan that is so completely insane it not only fools batman, but also the audience watching the film. The joker just seems to want the world to burn, its not money or power that drives him just the urge to destroy. How do you stop an enemy that has no fear of death but not only that, his own death is part of the plan? Although the plan is altered slightly at the end.
The joker is the flip side of the batman which is quite ironic because in the same film you see the birth of twoface. The twoface character is a bit two dimensional in the film but I believe this is intentional to expand upon the character in the third film to follow.
Overall, I would say this is the best movie of the year so far, if you watch a pirated version, your really doing yourself a disservice because its brilliant to watch in the cinema. I took my girlfriend to see it and she was dreading sitting in there for hours but she came out loving the film. So, any guys reading this, its a very good film to take your girlfriend to. I would also like to say, I believe Heath Ledger deserves an Oscar for his portrayal of the joker. Please watch the two video clips on this article they are some of my favorite scenes from the film. Crazy Neighbours!

Hi, I'm writing a guest post on my boyfriend's blog about our crazy neighbors! He cant be bothered to write this post because, you've guessed it, he's playing "Grand theft auto 4". He is obsessed with that game and its driving me mad! You can find my full story about this on my blog http://www.pindipop.blogspot.com. Anyway back to the point, do any of you have crazy neighbours? If you do i bet they're not as bad as ours! This has been going on for a while now and it's just getting worse. Every night at about 2.00am, the whole street is woken up by shouting, screaming, swearing and just plain noise basically. And it all comes from our next door neighbours, they're a married couple with a 5 year old son. The husband is absolutely paranoid that his wife is cheating on him and every night he has the exact same argument with her at the exact same time, it's like clockwork! Last night we were lying in bed and we were woken up again by the usual shouting except this time it went a little bit too far, one of them had called the police! It was almost like a set-up, the police was there within seconds after one of them shouted out that they were going to call the police. It's almost like they put on a show for everyone in the middle of the night and none of it is real. Anyway, everyone in this house thinks the guy is a complete nutter! But when the police turned up last night he really changed his tune, he was almost in tears telling the police how his wife had punched him in the face, threw him down the stairs and beat him up! There wasn't even a single scratch on him! I hope the police saw straight through his act. The whole time this was going on all we i could think of was their son! He's only 5 years old and he has to put up with this every night! What must he be going through? This must be driving him mad! If you ask me, i think the problem in all of this is the husband. And to make matters worse, every night after they have their routine argument, he comes knocking on our door to complain and moan about his wife like he's a 13 year old! We never answer the door because we want nothing to do with it, but one of the other housemates answer the door and you can tell by the end of it that he regretted ever answering that door, but he had no choice because the guy just wont leave until he has the daily moan with our housemate! What we are going to do now is try and film it one night so you guys can judge for yourselves how bad it is! I hope we don't get caught trying to film them, if we do we'll never hear the end of it! Yahoo answers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just discovered yahoo answers, I know its a bit late to be shouting the wonders of yahoo answers but I have become really addicted. I realized I spent about 3 hours or more on their just answering and asking questions. What a way to spend your day off. So, I wanted to ask you what website consumes your time the most? And what do you think the reasons for this are?
